The close of the year brought a decrease in activity, which is to be expected given the Christmas holidays.
The total number of detached sales for December is 12, down from 30 in November.
But, the Median Sale price is up to $517,000 from $426,500 in November. This tells me we had more buyers looking in the $500,000 range.
Average days on market is 83, up from 52 in November - again, to be expected given the holidays.
We typically see an increase in activity in January as buyers can now focus on their property search with Christmas out of the way.
