​At foothillslistings.com, operated by Foothills Online Listings LLC, we want you to love what you ordered. If you aren't completely satisfied with the fit, style, or quality of your purchase, we are here to help.

​2. Return Window

​You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

​3. Eligibility for Returns

​To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

​Unworn & Unwashed: Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant marks, pet hair, or distinct odors (e.g., smoke or perfume).

​Tags Attached: All original tags must still be attached to the garment.

​Original Packaging: Items should be returned in their original packaging where possible.

​Non-Returnable Items:

​Final Sale / Clearance items

​Intimates, swimwear (if hygiene liner is removed), and bodysuits

​4. How to Initiate a Return

​To start a return, please follow these steps:

​Contact Us: Email us at info@foothillslistings.com with your Order Number and the name of the item(s) you wish to return.

​Receive Authorization: We will review your request and send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and the return shipping address in Granite Falls, NC.

​Ship It Back: Pack your items securely and include your RA number inside the package.

​5. Return Shipping

​Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

​Trackable Service: If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

​(Note: If the return is due to our error—such as receiving the wrong size or a defective item—we will provide a prepaid shipping label).

​6. Refunds

​Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the items.

​Rejection: If the item appears worn, washed, or damaged by the customer, we reserve the right to deny the refund and send the item back to you at your expense.

​We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for a different size, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
