Interesting stats this month...Median Sale Price increased to $450,000 from $437,750 in July.
Average Days on Market (DOM) also increased to 56 from 43 last month.
There were 59 new listings in August compared to 69 in July. And in total, there were 33 sales of detached properties compared to July's 36.
With an increase in sale price, a decrease in the number of new listings and an increase in the number of days on market, it appears buyers bought up inventory that's been sitting.
Market activity is still healthy in Okotoks..slight fluctuations here & there, but overall no major changes.
