May saw a decrease in total sales as well as new listings for detached Okotoks properties.
There were 46 total sales in May compared to 62 in April. There were 88 new listings in April and 71 in May. This suggests activity cooled slightly in May when comparing to April.
The Average Sale Price remains relatively the same at $445,000 in May, up from $435,750 in April.
Average Days on Market (DOM) is up from 45 in April to 54 in May, meaning properties are taking slightly longer to sell.
The Sale Price/List price is 98.21%, the same as April at 98.05%.
Though activity cooled, the Median Sale Price, Average Days on Market & Sale Price/List Price remain really close, suggesting Okotoks properties still maintain their value, even if it takes slightly longer to sell.
