While activity has been slow, the Median Sale price for detached Okotoks homes increased in November when compared to October.
Median Sale price for November is $467,500 compared to $440,000 in October.
Total Sales for November were 25 compared to 31 in October. Average Days on Market (DOM) sits at 55 compared to 66 days in October.
While statistics show an increase in sale price and less days on market, activity is still slow and is expected to continue to be slow until after the Christmas holidays.
The new mortgage changes that will be effective January 1, 2018 may push some buyers to purchase before the end of the year, but overall, it's not expected that will increase activity levels by too much.
