When you decide you want to submit an offer on a property, should you get a home inspection?
Some home buyers feel they don't want to spend the money on an inspection...but my view is, although it's an extra cost, it's cheap insurance if you think about how much money you could potentially be putting out if a deficiency is identified after you move in.
