Stencilled Cushion Cover, Meagen Mackenzie Okotoks Real Estate, Real Estate Professionals Inc.

This week's post is a continuation of my last post where I made my own cushion covers. But this time I'm going to stencil them.

Stencilling fabric is a fun, creative & inexpensive way to personalize items to your own tastes. You can stencil on all kinds of things, but this week, we're focusing on fabric. But, you can also stencil curtains, placemats, table runners or even floor mats.

There are two ways you can do it. Purchase a ready-made stencil from a craft shop and you're good to go. Or, you can get creatvie and design your own stencil on your computer. This takes a bit more time & patience, because you have to cut out the stencil. But it's a great way to get your own customized look that no one else will have.

This week I'm trying both methods on my cushion covers to personalize them to my decor. I'm super happy with how they turned out....now I want to stencil everything.

I hope you enjoy this week's video. And remember, if you try it out, I'd love to hear how you like it, so leave a comment below.
